Today’s topic is an oldie but a goodie.
We all go through periods of ups and downs. It’s just a natural part of life. Sometimes, however, the down times really seem to suck us in. In this video, I talk about a recent low I went through and share a three step process for how I worked my way out. If you’re currently feeling stuck in a funk, then this video is for you!
